星期五湯水- 蘋果紅蘿蔔蓮子黃豆湯



做法:材料洗淨。蘋果去皮去芯、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊。鍋內加入2000mL水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時, 調入適量鹽即可。

This apple and carrot soup with lotus seeds and soy means strengthens the spleen, calms and soothes the mind, and on top of increased immunity it can also help improve sleep quality. Ingredients: 2 apples, 2 carrots, 80g lotus seeds, 30g soy beans, 3 figs
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core apple, and peel carrots and cut both into pieces. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthen spleens and nourishes the heart. Alleviates poor sleep quality and irritability.
