體質偏寒人士護膚之道
農曆新年轉眼就到,又到拜年聚會的時候,想以最靚一面示人,就要看你平日的護膚功夫了。從中醫角度來看,先辨別個人體質,才能找到最佳的護膚方案,身體在平衡狀態的人,肌膚會白裡透紅,飽滿而有光澤,如果身體在偏寒或偏熱狀態,都有機會出現不同症狀。今天先來看看體質偏寒人士如何靠飲食吃出好肌膚吧!
體質偏寒人士肌膚狀況:
– 臉色及唇色偏白
– 多偏乾,毛孔細小
– 黯淡無光澤
伴隨症狀:怕冷、大便稀爛、吃生冷食物易腹瀉或腹痛
身體偏寒的人陽氣衰弱,氣血功能較差,想改善肌膚質素就要保氣養陽,首先要少吃生冷,適量進食屬性偏溫的補氣血食材例如紅棗、黨參、北芪、桂圓,水果可多吃屬性偏溫的車厘子、桃子、紅毛丹等。
黑芝麻核桃杏仁茶
功效:補腎益精,滋潤肌膚,適合皮膚乾燥、面色欠光澤人士飲用。
材料:黑芝麻粉1湯匙、核桃粉1湯匙、杏仁粉1湯匙
做法:材料放入保溫瓶,加入沸水焗5分鐘再攪拌均勻即可。
備註:濕熱人士不宜
Skincare for those with cold related body condition
Chinese New Year is coming. If you want to show your perfect condition when visiting friends and relatives, you should take good care of your skin. From Chinese medicine perspective, you should identify your body condition first to find the most suitable skincare method. People who are in a balanced body condition should have rosy complexion, plump and shiny skin. Body will have different symptoms if you have a cold or heat related body condition. Let’s see how those with cold related body condition can nourish their skin through diet.
Skin of those prone to cold related symptoms
– Pale complexion and lip colour
– dry skin with fine pores
– dull skin
Accompanying symptoms: aversion to cold, loose stool, prone to diarrhea or abdominal pain after eating cold/raw food
People prone to cold related symptoms have weak yang qi and poor qi and blood function. If you want to improve your skin quality, you need to maintain qi and nourish yang. First, you should eat less cold/raw food, appropriately consume warm natured foods to nourish qi and blood such as Chinese red dates, codonopsis root, astragalus root, longan. You can eat more warm natured fruits such as cherry, peach, rambutan.
Black sesame tea with walnut and almond
Effects: nourishes kidneys and skin, suitable for those with dry and dull skin
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon black sesame powder, 1 tablespoon walnut powder, 1 tablespoon sweet almond powder
Preparation: place all ingredients into thermos. Then add in hot water and steep for 5 minutes and mix well.
Note: not suitable for those with damp heat body type.
