【三招KO頭痛 】頭痛看似小毛病,可是隱隱作痛確實難熬。

相信很多人都經試過頭痛,那種頭痛欲裂的感覺有時候比死更難受!不少人更需要長期服用止痛藥以舒緩不適,可是此舉會帶來很多副作用。引致頭痛的原因眾多,既可由外邪入侵,亦可由臟腑功能失調而導致。經常頭痛者不妨從日常飲食和生活習慣上改善,能有助減輕病情或緩解不適。

第一招:戒凍飲
喝凍飲也會令寒邪入侵,寒氣凝聚,使局部經絡血脈運行不暢,不通則痛。平日應戒掉凍飲,多喝溫水有助促進全身血液循環,舒緩頭痛。

第二招:按壓印堂穴
位置:額頭上兩眉的正中間點
方法:以大拇指按壓穴位100次。
主治:舒緩頭痛外,更可改善眩暈等。

第三招:披圍巾外套
切忌對正冷氣風口位,出入冷氣地方時應戴上圍巾,以免寒邪經頸後入督脈,因而引致頭痛的情況。

First move: quit cold drinks
Drinking cold things open you up to cold external pathogens. As the cold gathers, different channels and meridians cannot flow smoothly which leads to pain. Try quitting cold drinks and have warm drinks to improve blood circulation and relieve headaches.

Second move: press on yintang acupoint
Location: Midway between the medial ends of the eyebrows
Method: use your thumb to press on it 100 times
Effects: relieves headaches and dizziness

Third move: wear a scarf
Avoid being blown on directly by air conditioning. Wear a scarf when you enter air conditioned rooms to avoid cold pathogens from attacking back of your neck which can cause headaches.
