春日健脾強肺湯
春天天氣忽冷忽熱,陰雨綿綿,向來都容易爆發傳染病,所以春天除了是養肝的季節,也要注重強肺,因為「肺主一身之氣」,養好肺功能有助提升體內正氣,減少染病機會。而「脾為後天之本,氣血生化之源」,平日注意健脾胃,擁有良好的消化吸收系統,才能攝取食物中的營養強身防病。而春天潮濕多雨,適當地為身體祛濕,可以改善因濕重帶來的感覺疲倦、食慾欠佳、水腫等問題。每星期飲用兩至三次有強肺健脾祛濕功效的湯水,紓緩身體不適症狀之餘更可強身防病。
健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕食材如淮山、茯苓、白朮、茨實、黃豆等。
蓮藕蘋果薏米湯
功效:健脾祛濕,紓緩經常感覺疲倦、身體四肢困重、水腫等症狀。
材料:蓮藕1根(約3節)、蘋果2個、赤小豆40克、生熟薏米各40克、陳皮1角、薑1片、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切件;蘋果去皮去芯切件備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Lotus root soup with apple and coix seed
Effects: strengthens the spleen and dispel dampness, relieves symptoms such as fatigue, heavy limbs and edema.
Ingredients: 1 lotus root (about 3 segments), 2 apples, 40g rice beans, raw and cooked coix seeds, 1 dried citrus peel, 1 slice of ginger, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel lotus root and cut into pieces. Peel and core the apple and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
