【滋潤湯水】黃耳又叫做金耳

黃耳湯潤肺抗秋燥
踏入初秋，開始感受到秋燥的威力，皮膚開始變得繃緊乾燥，除了多塗抹潤膚乳，還要記得內在調理，多飲用有滋陰潤肺功效的湯水，增加身體津液。滋潤湯水常用到雪耳，而肉質較厚的黃耳，其滋潤效果一樣高，而且補脾胃效能更勝雪耳，特別適合陰虛、血虛、氣虛、陽虛體質人士食用。乾身的黃耳皺褶很多像個小腦袋，煲煮前要先清洗，並且浸泡數小時至軟身才使用，小小的黃耳浸泡後可發大數倍，除了煲湯，黃耳本身帶有淡淡桂花香味，煮糖水同樣美味。
滋陰潤燥湯水小貼士：
適當地添加滋陰潤燥的食材如沙參、玉竹、麥冬、枸杞子等。
黃耳百合螺頭烏雞湯
功效：健脾潤肺，有助舒緩因為乾燥而出現的不適症狀。
材料：黃耳2塊、新鮮百合1個、蓮子40克、乾淮山20克、乾螺頭5塊、烏雞1隻、蜜棗2枚
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨，烏雞氽水備用；百合剝開一片片，黃耳及乾螺頭浸泡至軟身備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮2小時，最後下鹽調味即可。
