材料:百香果果肉1茶匙、綠茶包 1個、蜂蜜適量

It’s been nonstop eating for a few days now, aside from meals, making new year’s visits also involves eating junk food and sweets. All of this really puts a strain on your digestive system- aside from a stuffed feeling, you may even have bad breath and acne. What can you do to help your digestive system quickly? Here are three steps!

Three steps to emergency indigestion aid

First step: Press on the Union Valley Acupoint
Location: highest spot of the muscle when the thumb and index fingers are brought close together
Effects: clears heat to relieve constipation. Alleviates constipation and bad breath.

Second step: Have some sweet potato congee
You may have eaten too heavily during the New Years so try having a light sweet potato congee for breakfast. For those who would still prefer a stronger flavor, you can add pickled vegetables or salted duck eggs. Give your stomach a break.

Third step: Passion fruit tea to clear indigestion
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon passion fruit meat, 1 green tea bag, and honey
Preparation: Cut the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to take out all the meat. Add hot water into cup and place in the tea bag. Add in the passion fruit meat, and when the water has cooled slightly, add in honey to taste.
Effects: Clears heat to relieve indigestion. Stimulate appetite, moistens bowels to relieve constipation.
