熬夜素湯
材料:老黃瓜1根、紅蘿蔔2根、花旗參20
克、蜜棗2枚
做法
1. 把所有材料洗淨備用。老黃瓜、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮 45分鐘,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:滋陰清熱 。舒緩熬夜後不適症狀如眼乾、口乾淨、頭重。適合所有體質人士飲用。
Vegetarian soup for those with late nights
Ingredients: 1 Old Cucumber, 2 Carrots, Ginseng 20g, 2 Candied Dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Peel cucumber and carrot and cut into pieces.
3. Combine all ingredients into a pot with 2000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourishes yin and clears heat. Relieves symptoms of dry eyes, dry mouth, heavy headedness due to frequent late nights. Suitable for all body types.
