【星期五湯水 】飲一碗能驅走假期後精神恍惚的湯~

假期間經常熬夜,休息不足。假期後揹著一大對黑眼圈和沒有靈魂的軀殼上班,人也精神恍惚,又怎可正常工作?不妨在放假後煲一個可舒緩睡意和沒有精神的提神正氣湯水,調補肝腎,固本扶正,讓身體回復正常狀態,才可以努力工作再向下一個假期邁進!

紅蘿蔔靈芝螺頭湯
材料:紅蘿蔔2根、乾螺頭4-5枚、靈芝30克、枸杞子10克、蜜棗2枚

做法:
所有材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔去皮切塊,螺頭浸約半日至軟身。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:扶正固本、調肝腎。舒緩嗜睡、精神恍惚等症狀。

Conch soup with carrot and lucid ganoderma
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 4-5 dried conch, 30g lucid ganoderma, 10g wolfberries, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrots and cut into pieces. Soak conch in water for half a day until soften. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthens your overall health, conditions the liver and kidneys. Alleviates symptoms of sleepiness and absent-mindedness.
