【星期五湯水 】飲一碗能驅走假期後精神恍惚的湯~





You probably had a lot of late nights during the holiday and did not res enough and then go back to work with a tired body with a pair of dark circles. You’re so out of it, how can you work normally? Try this soup to relieve the sleepiness and give yourself a boost. Condition your liver and kidneys to replenish vital energy to allow your body to bounce back. This is the way to work towards you next holiday!
Conch soup with carrot and lucid ganoderma
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 4-5 dried conch, 30g lucid ganoderma, 10g wolfberries, 2 candied dates
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrots and cut into pieces. Soak conch in water for half a day until soften. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthens your overall health, conditions the liver and kidneys. Alleviates symptoms of sleepiness and absent-mindedness.
