中醫提倡的飲食養生方法,提倡避免食用生冷食物,因為生冷食物易傷脾胃。何謂生冷食物?「生」是指未煮過的食物,如沙律、刺身、壽司等;「冷」是指低於室溫的食物,例如剛從雪櫃取出的食物。至於水果如果在室溫狀態享用就不算是生冷,因為水果已在成熟狀態。圖中多款食物中你能一眼看出哪些是生冷食物嗎?

Relax for a minute- Do you know what is considered cold/raw?
Chinese medicine healthy living concept advocates dietary restriction against cold and raw foods as they can easily hurt the spleen and stomach. What is cold/raw food? “Raw” refers to uncooked food, such as salads, sashimi, sushi, etc ., “cold” refers to food below room temperature, such as food just taken out of the refrigerator. As for the fruit, if having it at room temperature, it is not cold/raw food, because the fruit is already mature. Can you find which foods are cold/raw in this picture?
