【是肥胖或是水腫?】夏天快來了,你準備好了嗎?

你是虛胖還是實胖?
正所謂「春天不減肥,夏天徒傷悲」,想以最佳狀態迎接夏天來臨,現在努力是時候了!人人都說想減肥,但你是真的肥胖?還只是虛胖?你知道當中的分別嗎?看看你符合哪一邊的條件比較多,就知道自己屬於虛胖還是實胖。

虛胖人特徵:
▢ 肌肉鬆軟
▢ 面色浮腫,面色偏白,沒有光澤
▢ 手腳冰冷腫脹
▢ 容易疲倦,身體困重
▢ 食慾差,吃得不多
▢ 下半身偏肥
▢ 小便色較淡
▢ 容易大便稀爛

實胖人特徵:
▢ 肉質結實
▢ 面色較為紅潤
▢ 食慾大,容易肚餓
▢ 容易口乾舌燥
▢ 中央肥胖
▢ 小便色較黃
▢ 容易便秘或出現黏黏便

虛胖人分析:你是水腫不是肥!
你很可能是痰濕體質!明明吃得不多,但圓潤身型總是揮之不去,全身肌肉鬆泡泡,減肥成效不彰,而且很易感到疲倦,連動的動力也沒有,原因是脾胃功能失調,身體水份沒法好好運行,積存體內形成水腫。
建議對策:養好脾胃,健脾化濕
不建議:五青汁、juice detox等屬性寒涼的食材
祛水腫茶飲:白朮扁豆衣茯苓茶
材料:白朮10克、扁豆衣6克、茯苓10克、陳皮3克
做法:材料洗淨,加入1000毫升水,武火煮至水滾後轉文火煮20分鐘,倒入保溫瓶,反覆沖泡至味淡。建議連續飲用一星期為一個療程。感冒未清者不宜飲用;有胃酸倒流人士不宜空腹飲用。

你得無奈地承認:你是真的肥胖,不要再以水腫為藉口了!粗壯的手臂和小腿捏下去質感都是實實的,胃口比較大,尤其喜歡吃重口味、煎炸等食物,營養過盛,消耗卻不足,久而久之脂肪就積聚了。
建議對策:減少吸收,消滯消脂

材料:山楂10克、澤瀉10克、陳皮3克

To get your summer body ready, spring is the time to get working! Everyone talks about losing weight, but are you actually obesed? Or is it just asthenic weight? Or do you know the difference? Take a look at the following symptoms to find out which one fits you.

Asthenic weight characteristics:
▢ Loose muscles
▢ Swollen face and pale complexion without glow
▢ Cold and bloated limbs
▢ Prone to fatigue, feeling of heavy body
▢ Lack of appetite with low food intake
▢ Larger lower body
▢ Pale urine
▢ Loose stool

Obseity characteristics:
▢ Strong and dense muscle
▢ Rosy complexion
▢ With a large appetite and always hungry
▢ Prone dry mouth and tongue
▢ Larger in the middle of body
▢ Dark yellowish urine
▢ Prone to constipation or sticky poo

Analysis on asthenic weight – you are retaining water but not fat.
You may have phlegm and dampness body type. You do not eat a lot but you cannot seem to lose the rounded body with loose muscles. While you are not effective in your diet, you are also fatigued without motivation to move. This is due to malfunction of your spleen and stomach transport functions and water is retained in the body.
Suggestion- Strengthen the spleen and stomach and nourish the spleen and eliminate dampness
Avoid- Food/drink that cold in nature such as five green juice and juice detox
Tea to relieve bloating- Poria tea with atractylodes rhizome and hyacinth bean coat
Ingredients: 10g atractylodes rhizome, 10g hyacinth bean coat, 10g poria, 3g dried citrus peel
Preparation: Rinse and combine all ingredients with 1000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour all contents into a thermos and tea can re-brewed until flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 1 week.
Note that it is not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu. This is not suitable for those with acid reflux so do not drink with empty stomach.

Analysis on obesity – You are chubby.
You have to admit you are overweight and water retention is not an excuse. You have dense and stubby arms and legs with a large appetite. You may especially prefer heavy flavored, fried and oily food. Your high caloricle consumption is not burned off with your activities so fat is formed over time.
Suggestion- Reduce absorption and increase activity
Avoid- Food/drink that nourishing yin such as fish maw, Chinese red date tea
