夢魘或是被鬼責？
聽過不少人都有以下的經歷：睡夢中突然責醒，然後發現自己全身不能動彈，想大聲呼叫卻叫不出聲，有些人更會覺得連睜開眼睛也不能，但卻清楚感覺到周遭的情況，不少人都會認為自己是「被鬼壓」又被稱為「鬼壓床」，傳統上會被認為是被好朋友打搞，但其實有沒有想過可能是因為你的身體狀況呢？中醫認為這屬「夢魘」，屬惡夢的一種，多因為心脾兩虛，肝血不足，假如剛好上肢或有東西壓在胸口而影響心胸供血時，血流不暢，自然無法養肝安神，就有可能出現以上夢魘症狀，而本身有血虛，或是西醫中的貧血，又或是月經期間及經血量較多的人士就更易有這種情況。與其擔驚受怕，倒不如試試調養身體，介紹你一個適合心虛膽怯的安神茶療！

酸棗仁珍珠茶
材料：酸棗仁12克、珍珠母9克、紅棗4枚
做法：將酸棗仁搗碎、紅棗切成片狀，所有材料放到茶袋再放入保暖壺中，注入熱水沖洗一次，再加入熱水焗15分鐘而出味即可。
功效：安神定驚，寧心安睡。紓緩睡不安寧及驚恐等症狀。

Are you having a nightmare or is there a ghost? 
Some people have reportedly experienced this- awaken suddenly from your sleep and find that they can’t move and cannot make any sounds, some even felt like they could not open their eyes. They would be fully aware of what is happening and believe they are being held down by a ghost or spirit. Traditionally some believe this is the works of spirits but have you considered this may be related to your body conditon? Chinese medicine believes this is a type of nightmare that is related to asthenic heart and spleen, insufficient liver blood. If youe upper limbs or something is pressing on the chest and affecting the blood supply to the heart, the blood flow would be disrupted and cannot properly nourish the liver and calm the mind. This leads to the described nightmare symptoms. This is more likely if you have blood deficiency, or anemia in western medicine, or are in the midst of heavy menstruation. Instead of being scared, it is better to try to nourish your body. You can try this tea remedy that is suitable for heart deficiency and fear. 

Pearl tea with spine date seeds
Ingredients: 12g spine date seeds, 9g nacre, 4 Chinese red dates
Preparation: Crush spine date seeds. Cut Chinese red dates into slices. Put all ingredients into tea sachet then place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15 minutes. 
Effects: calms the mind and improves sleep. It can relieve poor sleep quality and fear.
