五大愈食愈痕食物:海鮮、牛奶、雞蛋、茄子、菇……

中醫理論有「發物」的說法,有些會發風、發濕等,敏感體質的人進食了這些食物就特別容易引發痕癢。所以,不想忍受皮膚痕癢之苦,注意飲食尤其重要。在皮膚發癢時更需要戒口。

有殼海鮮-蝦、蟹等多屬發物,特別容影易誘發皮膚過敏如濕疹、蕁麻疹、暗瘡等皮膚問題。

牛奶-中醫認為牛奶有滋潤成份,如體內有濕者飲用會增加脾胃負擔。

雞蛋-雞蛋本身是含有大量蛋白質的高脂類食物,屬「發風」之物。

菇-屬性偏涼。菇類為動風食品,會加重皮膚敏感、痕癢症狀不宜服用。

茄子-屬性偏涼,同樣屬發物,升發和散氣,對脾胃虛寒來說的人不宜,當脾胃受損身體就會積濕。

Shell fish- shrimp, crab, etc are usually stimulating, and tend to trigger skin allergies such as eczema, hives, and acne.
Milk- Chinese medicine believes milk has moisturizing qualities, people with inner dampness can increase burden to the spleen and stomach after drinking milk.
Eggs- egg is high fat and high protein, it can stimulate ‘wind’.
Mushroom- cool in nature. Mushrooms can worsen skin allergies and itchiness as they are considered to stir up ‘wind’.
Eggplants- cool in nature and also a stimulating food. It is not suitable for those with asthenic cold spleen and stomach. When you weaken the spleen and stomach, your body will also retain dampness.
