就這樣,夏季就過去了。

秋天到了。雖然夏季剛剛過去,但是氣候依然炎熱,所以初秋的養生也還是要消暑及養脾胃。踏入秋季也是運動的好時機,最重要還是要適當宣洩情緒,保持心情舒暢。
