會管理時間的人做事都較有效率，這個道理不單止適用於大人世界，小朋友也應該學習時間管理，以脫離沒有秩序感的生活，學習有效地運用時間。想小朋友更投入落實訂好的時間表，不妨將它圖像化，跟他們一起動手製作專屬時間表，建立日常活動時間安排概念。材料可以從家中現有資源中取材，更同時學會循環再用的環保概念。
材料：時鐘、顏色筆
做法：在時鐘上不同活動的時間區域填上不同顏色，然後註明不同顏色的活動
家長們如果感到生活亂糟糟，時間總是不夠用，也可以製作自己的日程表，簡單列出每天時間如何運用，生活或會有所改變。
