南瓜是屬性溫熱的蔬菜!

萬聖節將至,第一時間當然會想到南瓜。南瓜這樣常見的蔬菜,益處甚多,味道也香甜可口,不論是日常入饌烹煮又或是製作甜點都一樣適合,即使是糖尿病人也可以南瓜的天然香甜以填補不能吃甜,更可降糖降脂,而且澱粉質豐富,更可飽肚,減肥人士也非常適合。在中醫角度,南瓜可補中益氣,更可潤肺。

南瓜﹣性溫。有補中益氣、解毒消腫、潤肺益氣、平喘化痰的功效,對久病後氣虛、乏力、便溏及脾胃虛弱尤其適合。雖然益處甚多,但由於南瓜屬性溫熱,本身有胃熱、濕熱、氣滯,及易有胃脹的人就要少吃。

Although it is full of benefits and nutrients, pumpkins are warm in nature, so those with heat in stomach, damp heat, qi stagnation, or prone to abdominal bloating should avoid pumpkins.
