三大滋潤糖水
一班人聚會少不免 BBQ、打邊爐等活動,食得多熱氣食物,肌膚特別容易感到乾燥,喉嚨也會乾癢不適,這個時候不妨食碗糖水滋陰潤肺一番。傳統糖水中杏仁茶、核桃露或是芝麻糊更是不錯的選擇,它們不但潤肺養顏,同時又滋補養生,不論男女都合適。
杏仁茶 VS 核桃露 VS芝麻糊
杏仁茶:杏仁性平,有潤肺、潤腸通便功效,尤其適合肺氣虛弱人士飲用。注意感冒未清者,容易反覆腹瀉、痰濕體質不宜多服。
核桃露:核桃性溫,能補腎、強健筋骨、烏髮、補腦益智,適合小便頻數、腰酸、健忘等症狀。注意陰虛及濕熱體質不宜多服。
芝麻糊:芝麻性平,能補肝腎、補血養髮、潤腸通便,適合頭髮乾燥、脫髮、腰酸或母乳不足等症狀。注意容易腹瀉、濕熱及痰濕體質不宜多服。

Almond tea: almonds are mild in nature and can moisten the lungs, relieve constipation. It is especially suitable for those with weak lung qi. Note it is not suitable for those recovering from a cold or flu, those prone to diarrhea or those with phlegm and dampness body constitution.
Walnut soup: walnuts are warm in nature, can replenish the kidneys, strengthen muscles and bones, nourish hair, and replenish the mind. It is suitable for those with frequent urination, sore lower back, and forgetfulness. Note it is not suitable for those with yin deficient and damp heat body constitution.
Sesame paste: sesame is mild in nature. It can replenish the liver and kidneys, nourish blood and hair, moisten bowels to relieve constipation. It is suitable for dry hair, loss of hair, sore lower back or shortage of breast milk supply. Note it is not suitable for those prone to diarrhea, or those with damp heat and phlegm and dampness body constitution.
