哭是人類與生俱來的情緒流露,嬰兒未懂言語所以將肚餓、不安、不適等感覺全部訴諸哭泣,當人大了,尤其是男生,社會就告訴你哭泣就等同於懦弱的表現。其實適當的哭泣可以宣洩情緒,無分男女,當心情不佳時會導致肝氣鬱結,眼淚就是讓情緒及肝排毒的方法,難受委屈時就乾脆哭出來吧!

Crying is a natural emotional response. Babies cry when they cannot speak and have needs such as hunger, anxiety and discomfort. As we mature, we, especially men, are told crying is a sign of weakness. Crying appropriately can relieve stress and emotions no matter your gender. Negative emotions can lead to stagnated liver qi so use your tears to detox the liver and cry it out when you have been wronged!
