材料:番茄2-3個、新鮮淮山1根、新鮮百合1個、新鮮蓮子80克、茨實12克、生薏米30克、熟薏米30克、 無花果乾3枚
1. 所有材料洗淨,番茄連皮切塊,淮山去皮切塊,百合剝開備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Ingredients: 2-3 tomatoes, 1 Chinese yam, 1 fresh lily bulb, 80g fresh lotus seed, 12g fox nuts, 30g raw coix seeds, 30g cooked coix seeds, 3 dried figs
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut unpeeled tomato into pieces. Peel Chinese yam into pieces. Cut open lily bulbs.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
