A lot of ladies tend to find reasons not to eat even when they want to. During pregnancy, there’s need to eat to have enough nutrients for two! This is when you can just eat when you want to! Remember to still eat more nutritious food, fresh vegetables and enough proteins. It’s still better not to over consume junk or processed food!
