【好眠穴位】泡足浴以外另一選擇-按穴位!

很多時候家長們的緊張會無形中轉移到孩子身上。中醫認為「心藏神,主神志」,受驚、壓力、或受委屈等負面情緒會影響孩子,如沒有適當的宣洩或解釋,只會影響睡眠,甚至學習、集中力及記憶力。所以別以為年紀輕則不會有壓力。想孩子睡得好,睡前一小時可喝一杯暖和的燕麥米水,睡前要上廁所,以免因肚子餓或需要小便而醒來。另外,睡房空氣要流通,環境也要夠暗夠寧靜,睡前替他們按摩一下穴位也會有幫助!

甜睡穴位按摩
神門耳穴
位置:於耳朵上方三角窩處。
按壓:以食指及拇指夾住耳朵,輕輕按壓約1分鐘。
功效:清熱安神,有穩定情緒及幫助睡眠之效。

神門穴
位置:手腕橫紋處,從小指延伸到手掌根部末端的凹陷處。
按壓:可以大拇指輕柔按壓約1分鐘。
功效:安神定志,舒緩焦慮。

A lot of times parents put stress on children without knowing it. Chinese medicine believes that negative emotions such as fear, pressure, or feeling of injustice can all affect children. If there’s no proper way to relieve the stress or explanation for what happened, it can affect sleep quality, ability to concentrate and retain information. Don’t underestimate stress just because your children is young. If you want your child to sleep well, try having a cup of warm oats rice water an hour before bed time. Also go to the restroom before bedtime to avoid waking up due to hunger or need to urinate. Also air circulation should be good and the envionrment should be quiet. Ear Shen Men Point
Location: lies in the valley of the ear called the triangular fossa.
Application: hold your ear with your index finger and thumb, gently massage for 1 minute
Effects: clears heat and calms the mind. Stablitize the mood and improve sleep quality.
Shen Men Point
Location: at the wrist crease, from the pinky finger to the bottom of the palm where it depresses
Application: Gently massage with your thumb for 1 minute
Effects: Calms the mind and relieves anxiety
