Learn how to drink water
People always say you have to drink 8 cups of water daily. I have tried it before and feel like my stomach is so filled and stretched that it’s quite uncomfortable? I’m still worried about not drinking enough water, what should I do?

This includes water that may be in your food so you don’t necessarily have to force yourself to drink 8 cups of water every day. Also you should not chug the entire cup right away. The best way to drink water is to drink each sip slowly and allow the body time to digest accordingly, especially for those with asthenic spleen and stomach. How much you need to drink also varies by season and by how much you exercise. Your body’s water intake should increase during summer and after exercising.
