預防急救鼻敏感茶療大作戰

材料：北芪10克、白术10克、防風10克

功效：補肺益氣。適合容易反覆感冒、鼻敏感人士，要注意感冒未清者不宜。
鼻敏感發作期急救茶療：
材料：北芪10克、白术10克、防風10克、桂枝8克
做法：材料洗淨，加入約600-800毫升水，武火煮至水滾調文火煮約20分鐘。
功效：補肺益氣。適合鼻敏感發作期，多噴嚏及鼻塞者。
Tea Remedy to fight your nasal allergy
Every winter or when the temperature cools down, nasal allergies usually act up. Most people with nasal allergies have qi deficient body constitution, they have asthenic lung qi and their immunity and yang is weak, which makes their bodies prone to external attack from wind and cold. Ingredients: 10g Astragalus Root, 10g bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10g Root of Fangfeng
Preparation method: rinse all ingredients thoroughly, combine with 600-800ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Effects: Replenishes the lungs and nourishes qi. Suitable for those with reoccurring flu, nasal allergies. Note this is not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu.
