EC:其實肥瘦不是檢測有沒有高血脂的指標,長期飲食肥膩、運動不足及遺傳都有關係。血脂即血液中的脂肪,肥人瘦人都可以血脂高。在中醫角度高血脂多出現痰濕、濕熱等體質人士,治療還是要配合良好的飲食,生活習慣及中藥調理。除了要消脂健脾祛濕之外,還要每天做適量運動。另外,山楂、薏米、黑木耳及燕麥都有降血脂的功效,可適量進食。
山楂荷葉茶
材料:山楂15克、荷葉9克
做法:藥材剪碎,放入茶袋裡,焗水約10-15分鐘即可。
功效:消脂消滯。舒緩消化不良或面色偏暗等症狀。建議一星期飲用1-2次。
注意:山楂味帶酸及有活血功效,氣血虛弱、容易胃酸倒流及孕婦不宜飲用。

Lotus leaf tea with Chinese Hawthorne
Ingredients: 15g Chinese Hawthorne, 9g lotus leaves
Preparation: cut up the herbs and place into tea bag. Steep in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Effects: aid fat burn and relieve stagnation. Alleviates indigestion and dull complexion. For best results, drink 1-2 times per week.
Note: chinese hawthorn is sour and helps to promote blood circulation. It is not suitable for those with asthenic qi and blood, those prone to acid reflux and those who are pregnant.
