【潤喉補氣】 幫你順順條氣




材料:紅蘿蔔2根、雪梨2個、 棕櫚果4-6枚、蟲草花15克、海底椰乾品20克、蜜棗2枚
1. 所有材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔去皮切件,雪梨去芯切件備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to relieve respiratory allergies
Those with respiratory allergies most likely have lung qi deficiency. Sea coconut from different place of origin has with different effects. African sea coconut is cold in nature, can clear heat, moisten lungs, relieve phlegm and cough. There is no record of effect of Thai sea coconut in Chinese medicine theory. It also called coconut jelly. Remember to buy African sea coconut to make soup.

Sea coconut soup with carrot and cordyceps flower
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 2 pears, 4-6 palm fruits, 15g cordyceps flower, 20g sea coconut , 2 candied dates
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Core pears and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. 
Effects: Nourishes qi and moistens lungs. It can strengthen the body and prevent illness, relieves fatigue and respiratory sensitivity symptoms. Note that patients recovering from colds and flus should not have soup.
