驚蟄養生重點:「強健脾胃,強身防病」
小棠菜:通利腸胃、解熱除煩
鯪魚:益氣血、健筋骨
鯪魚滑小棠菜湯
材料:鯪魚滑半磅、小棠菜10棵、雞湯250毫升、水300毫升
醃料:鹽1/2茶匙、砂糖1茶匙、紹酒1/2湯匙、白胡椒粉1/2茶匙、生粉1湯匙、麻油1茶匙
做法:
1. 小棠菜洗淨切絲;鯪魚滑加入醃料拌勻,醃約10分鐘備用。
2. 將雞湯、水加入鍋裡煮滾,將鯪魚滑用刀/匙羹逐少推入湯中灼熟。
3. 加入小棠菜絲煮滾即成。

Minced dace and Shanghai bok choy soup
Ingredients: 1/2 pound minced dace meat, 10 stalks of Shanghai bok choy, 250ml chicken stock, 300ml water
Marinade: 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut Shanghai bok choy into thin slices; marinate the minced dace meat with the marinade mixture for about 10 minutes.
2. Add chicken stock and water into a pot and boil; use a spoon/knife to add the minced dace meat gradually into the pot.
3. Add in Shanghai bok choy slices, and make sure everything in the soup is properly cooked.
