【#夏至】一年中陽氣最盛的日子
⭐不要貪一時涼快多吃生冷食物

夏至養生重點:「護養陽氣,清熱養心」
冬瓜:清熱解毒、利水減肥
夜香花:清肝明目、寧心安神
夜香花冬瓜粒湯飯
材料:冬瓜半斤(約300克)、草菇5粒、瑤柱2粒、豬肉50克、夜香花40克(約1両)、白飯1碗
豬肉醃料:鹽、糖、豉油、麻油、生粉各少許
做法:
1. 材料洗淨,瑤柱浸泡在水中至軟身,瑤柱水留下備用;冬瓜去皮去瓤後切粒;草菇切半;豬肉切丁,加入醃料醃最少15分鐘備用。
2. 鍋裡加入約1公升水,加入冬瓜、瑤柱及瑤柱水,以武火煮至水滾,調中火煮10分鐘。
3. 加入草菇及豬肉粒煮約10分鐘,直至冬瓜軟腍後,加入夜香花煮5分鐘,加適量鹽調味,將湯連材料淋在白飯上即成。

Cordate telosma: Clears the livers and improves vision. Calms the mind.
Rice in Winter melon and Cordate telosma Soup
Ingredients: 1/2 catty winter melon(around 300g), 5 straw mushroom, 2 dried scallops, 50g pork, 40g cordate telosma(around 1 tael), 1 bowl of rice
Pork marinade: salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn flour to taste
Preparations:
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Soak the dried scallops into water until softened. Save the soaked water for later use. Peel and pith the winter melon and dice it. Cut the straw mushroom into halves. Dice the pork and add pork marinade and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Add around 1L of water into the pot. Add winter melon, dried scallop and the soaked water. Cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add straw mushroom and diced pork and cook for 10 minutes. When the winter melon is softened, add the cordate telosma and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Pour the soup and ingredients over the rice and ready to serve.
