清熱湯解救爛臭便便
大便不一定臭,如果你的便便異常地臭的話,代表你好大機會屬於濕熱體質,濕熱體質人士體內的水液和邪熱相結合,積聚於體內以致體味特別重,其特徵是大便偏軟,容易黏著坐廁,便後肛門有灼熱感,而且異常地臭。而腸胃濕熱引致的腹瀉會伴隨腸鳴、腹痛、糞色黃、瀉後感覺有瀉不清的感覺,飲食上要注意忌吃偏熱、滋膩、辛辣或煎炸油膩食物,宜適量進食清熱祛濕食材。
清熱祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加清熱祛濕食材如冬瓜、荷葉、粟米鬚、薏米、赤小豆、土茯苓等。
西洋菜紅蘿蔔海帶素湯
功效:清熱化痰,紓緩濕熱型腹瀉、熬夜後的喉嚨痛、暗瘡、口臭、肥胖等症狀。
材料:西洋菜600克(約1斤)、紅蘿蔔2根、海帶60克、炒白扁豆30克、薏米30克、黃豆30克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,西洋菜用鹽水浸泡20分鐘,洗淨備用;海帶泡水15分鐘,水留用;紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2000毫升水,放入海帶連水及全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,可隨個人喜好把海帶取出,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
備註:風寒感冒、咳嗽者不宜飲用。

Tips for soup to clear heat and dispel dampness:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as wintermelon, lotus leaves, corn silk, coix seed, rice bean, smilax.
Kelp soup with watercress and carrot
Effects: clears heat and phlegm, relieves damp-heat diarrhea, alleviates symptoms of sore throat, pimple, bad breath, chubbiness due to sleeping late.
Ingredients: 600g watercress (about 1 catty), 2 carrots, 60g kelp, 30g fried hyacinth bean, 30g coix seed, 30g soya bean, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak watercress in salt water for 20 minutes and rinse. Soak kelp for 15 minutes and save kelp water. Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients and kelp with soaking water with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. You can take the kelp out according to your preference. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note it is not suitable for those with cold-wind flu or those who are coughing.
