芒種來到,提醒大家端午節亦不遠矣!芒種是進入典型夏季氣候的節氣,天氣異常炎熱,空氣非常潮濕,脾胃功能容易受損,宜持續以每天一杯米水健脾胃。日出時間比較早,不妨早點起床到戶外走走,吸收一下陽光,有利血氣運行;時間許可的話就抽半小時睡個午覺,以振奮精神應付下午的工作。吃端午糭時要節制,以免消化不良,因為糭的用料中有糯米,多食容易滯氣,胃脹要慎服,而痛症患者就不宜進食了。

・消暑可以吃個涼拌木耳青瓜
・天氣熱也不應將冷氣口或風扇對著自己吹

The spleen and stomach functions are prone to damage so you should have rice water daily to strengthen your spleen and stomach. The day starts earlier and you can wake up earlier to have a walk outdoor and enjoy some sunlight to improve qi and blood circulation. If time allows, take a short 30-minute afternoon nap to recharge for the rest of the day. Have rice dumplings in moderation to prevent indigestion as rice dumplings have glutinous rice that may lead to qi stagnation. Those prone to abdominal bloating should eat with cautiok and those suffering from gout should avoid completely.

– wake up earlier and go outdoors to enjoy the sun
– take short 30-minute naps
– drink rice water to strengthen the spleen and stomach
– enjoy a cool cumcumber with black fungus to relieve summer heat
– don’t sit next to air vents or fan even when it’s hot
– don’t take a shower right after you’ve sweated
