夏季如何避免腸胃病
剛踏入暑假,身邊大人小朋友很多都「中招」,出現腹痛、腹瀉的腸胃症狀。為何悶熱天氣會悶出病來?多因為暑氣下迫,將地下的濕氣蒸發上升,再加上人乘涼飲冷,導致寒熱交困於腸胃所引起。除了腹瀉、腹痛,暑濕感冒會引頭重、全身乏力甚至嘔吐,當外邪入侵胃腑,胃的功能失常,胃氣不降反升,因食物隨著逆氣一同向上,引起嘔吐。為了好讓身體能適應一時間的飲食生冷,平常更要好好保護脾胃。每天喝米水、少吃生冷寒涼飲品食物、避免十二時至兩時正午期間到戶外遊玩或工作,如不能避免就要帶帽子、流汗後也不要立即涼冷氣。

In order to make the body adapt to the sudden cold meal, you should take more care of your spleen and stomach. Have rice water daily, have less cold/raw food and drinks. Avoid playing or working outdoors between 12 noon to 2pm, if you have to, wear a hat, and do not immediately cool off in front of air-conditioning after sweating.
