CheckCheckCin:一般人印象中榴槤屬滋補的水果,從中醫角度看榴槤性熱,具暖胃散寒功能,適量食用可改善手腳冰冷、疲倦、精神不佳、食慾不振等症狀,所以有補身的說法。寒性體質人士相對適合進食,但一星期進食一至兩次,每次品嚐一至兩件為宜,進食過量容易引致胃脹、暗瘡、便秘或大便氣味臭穢等症狀!尤其是在炎炎夏日,多吃實在會燥熱,要注意高血壓、糖尿病患者、濕疹患者不宜食用。人稱榴槤為果王,山竹為果后,其實是因為榴槤熱,而山竹性寒,有清涼解熱的功效,才有先吃榴槤再吃山竹的說法。

That’s because durian is hot in nature, and mangosteen is cold in nature, so there is a saying to first have durian then have mangosteen.
