遇上壓力大,或者激氣事,總不能打人或隨時亂丟東西洩憤,在這個心情壞透的時候,平日購物包裝用的防碰撞泡泡紙就大派用場了!把一個又一個充滿空氣的泡泡用力掐破,每壓下去一下就發出悅耳的「啪」一聲,看著有無窮無盡的泡泡待「啪」,加上絕佳的手感,很有療癒作用啊!彷彿壞心情都給掐爆了。

When you are stressed or angry, you can’t quite take it out on someone or things by hitting and throwing. This would be a good time to take out those bubble wrap! Pop one after another making that satisfying ‘pop’ sound! Seeing never ending bubbles ready to pop, it can be quite therapeutic! It’s as if you have popped away the anger and stress.
