【新年更新-睡眠篇】南瓜蘋果茯神湯

來到新一年,最緊要還是要大便暢順、吃得香、睡得安寧。睡得安寧,才有充沛體力迎接新挑戰,否則整天烏眉瞌睡,做事又怎會有精神!今天教大家一個寧心安神湯,喝完化身睡寶寶,又能增強記憶力,精精靈靈地實踐新年大計!

睡得好湯水-南瓜蘋果茯神湯
材料:南瓜300克(約1/2斤)、蘋果2個、茯神15克、去核紅棗子4枚、花生40克、紅豆30克

做法:所有材料洗淨備用。南瓜去皮去籽、蘋果去皮去芯切塊。鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

功效:寧心安神,可改善面心蒼白、善忘及失眠等症狀。
注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用。

Sleep well soup- pumpkin soup with apples and poria with hostwood
Ingredients: 300g pumpkin (about 1/2 catty), 2 apples, 15g poria with hostwood, 4 seedless red dates, 40g peanuts, 30g red beans
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed pumpkin and cut into pieces. Peel and core apples and cut into pieces. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hours. Add salt to taste.
Effects: calms the heart and mind. Improves pale complexion, forgetfulness, and insomnia.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from a cold or flu.
