你適應了轉季的氣候嗎?相信乾燥的秋冬季帶來許多困擾,例如皮膚乾燥痕癢,手腳冰冷如「凍柑」,其實家裡很多秋冬食材都可以解決到以上問題!除了適量食用潤燥食材例如黑芝麻、蜂蜜,以及驅寒食材例如薑、紅糖,亦可以自己DIY護膚品。假日抽個Me time時段,來個Home spa放鬆一下吧!

紅糖椰子油唇部磨砂
功效:溫和去除唇部死皮
材料:幼紅糖1茶匙、冷壓椰子油1茶匙
做法:將所有材料倒入碗中,用匙羹攪拌成糊狀。在嘴唇上輕輕打圈磨沙再以溫水沖洗,最後塗上潤唇膏護唇。

黑芝麻蜂蜜保濕面膜
功效:滋潤保濕、美白淡斑
材料:黑芝麻粉2茶匙、蜂蜜適量
做法:將所有材料倒入碗中,用匙羹攪拌成糊狀。洗臉後避開眼周敷在全臉10至15分鐘,用溫水洗淨即可。
注意:宜按照個人膚質使用,皮膚敏感者慎用。

薑水驅寒足浴
功效:促進血液運行,驅寒保暖
材料:生薑連皮10片
做法:將材料放入熱水,大火煮10分鐘。然後倒入盆中,加入適量冷水。浸泡雙腳15至20分鐘。適宜臨睡前泡。

Ingredients: 2 teaspoon black sesame powder, appropriate amounts of honey
Preparation: pour all the ingredients into a bowl and stir into a paste with a spoon. After washing your face, apply it to the entire face and avoid eye area and keep on 10-15 minutes, and then remove with warm water.
Note: It should be used according to personal skin type, and sensitive skin should be used with caution.

Cold dispelling ginger feet bath
Effects: improves blood circulation and dispel cold to keep warm
Ingredients: 10 slices of raw ginger with peel
Preparation: put all ingredients into a pot of hot water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Pour into a bucket and add in suitable amount of cold water. Soak both feet for 15-20 minutes. It is suitable to soak before sleeping.
