【星期五湯水 - 老少咸宜生魚湯】




1. 絲瓜去皮切細塊;豆腐切塊、生魚洗淨。
2. 以熱油加薑蔥煎生魚至兩面微金黃,放入魚湯袋備用。
3. 直接於鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調至文火煮約40分鐘,然後加入4湯匙白麵豉,再下鹽調味即可。

Appetizing fish soup with luffa
Its been hot and humid and you may lose your appetite after sweating a lot. It is especially suitable to have soup to relieve summer heat and replenish your fluids. Fish soup is not as oily as meat soup and it is mild in nature and suitable for the whole family. When you add in the seasonal luffa, it can relieve summer heat. White miso has probiotics which is healthy for the bowels.

Tip for soup: you can also relieve summer heat by adding winter melon, bitter melon, hairy gourd, or chayote into your soup.

Fish soup with luffa and miss
Ingredients: 1 luffa, 1 block of tofu, 1 fresh fish,4 tablespoon miso, ginger and spring onion to taste
1. Peel luffa and cut into small pieces. Cut tofu into pieces. Clean fish thoroughly.
2. Heat up oil and add in ginger and spring onion and fry fish until both sides are golden yellow. Place into fish soup bag.
3. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add in 4 tablespoon of miso and add salt to taste.
Effects: stimulates appetite and promote fluid production. Alleviates heat related poor appetite and fatigue.
