煲湯主要分兩種火喉,就是文火和武火。其實很多時都會先以武火(即是大火)煮至水滾,再轉文火(小火)慢煮。
武火﹣火力大而猛,電磁爐調校至最大。
文火﹣火力小而緩,電磁爐約1﹣3號火。
What heat should I use to make soup?
Making soup mainly requires two types of heat- high and low heat. Most of the time you would start on high heat and cook until the water is boiling, then turn to low heat to simmer.
High heat- strong and vigorous force of heat, turn to highest setting on induction cooktop
Low heat- heat is low and slow, turn to 1-3 on induction cooktop
