腦輕鬆湯水
上班不停度橋,又要記住工作上不同的細節,腦袋已經無時停;回到家中,明明想休息,但工作壓力太多,腦內還是不受控地在運作,想睡也睡不著,出現失眠的症狀。第二天上班時更沒有精神,腦袋日復一日也是如此忙碌,不斷「腦震盪」,真的震到人也虛脫。不妨煲一個安心寧神的湯水,舒緩工作壓力,讓一碗熱騰騰的美味湯水幫你補氣安神,讓你放鬆腦袋,睡一覺好的自然腦輕鬆,做事也可更精靈!

五指毛桃薯仔栗子湯
材料:五指毛桃80克、薯仔2個、栗子80克、茯神6克、紅腰豆40克、核桃肉約6枚、蜜棗2-3枚

做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用,薯仔去皮切塊、栗子去皮備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮 約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

功效:益氣健脾安神。舒緩思慮過多,呼吸不暢順等症狀。

Hairy Fig Root Soup with Potato and Chestnut
Ingredients: 80g hairy fig root, 2 potatoes, 80g chestnuts, 6g poria with hostwood, 40g red kidney beans, approx. 6 walnuts, 2-3 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts.
2. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourishes qi, strengthen the spleen and calms the mind. Relieves over thinking and difficulty breathing.
