1. 所有材料洗淨備用,薯仔去皮切塊、栗子去皮備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 2000 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮 約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Then on the following day, you’re tired but your brain continues to work just as hard and this pattern can easily lead to exhaustion. Try making this mind calming soup to relieve stress! Relax your mind and get a good night’s rest so that you can be better at your work too!
Hairy Fig Root Soup with Potato and Chestnut
Ingredients: 80g hairy fig root, 2 potatoes, 80g chestnuts, 6g poria with hostwood, 40g red kidney beans, approx. 6 walnuts, 2-3 candied dates
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts.
2. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourishes qi, strengthen the spleen and calms the mind. Relieves over thinking and difficulty breathing.
