春分養生重點:「健脾祛濕,養肝健脾」
老黃瓜赤小豆扁豆湯
老黃瓜:清熱解毒,利尿消腫
赤小豆:健脾止瀉、利水除濕
材料:老黃瓜1條、赤小豆15克、白扁豆15克、紅蘿蔔1根、蜜棗4枚、陳皮1角
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,老黃瓜去皮切大塊,紅蘿蔔去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Old cucumber: clears heat and detoxifies, promotes diuresis and reduces bloating
Rice bean: strengthens the spleen and relieves diarrhea, promotes diuresis and dispels dampness
Ingredients: 1 old cucumber, 15g rice beans, 15g hyacinth bean, 1 carrot, 4 candied dates, 1 dried citrus peel
Ingredients:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Peel old cucumber and carrot and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
