身邊個個都是抹茶控,但是不要忘記抹茶亦是綠茶,由於沒有經過發酵,性質偏涼,假如你本身脾胃虛弱,飲過多綠茶又進食太多抹茶食物都有可能引起腹痛或腹瀉,而且貧血者不宜飲太多,會影響鐵質吸收。脾胃虛弱者想飲茶應選擇紅茶、普洱等性溫的茶種!
Matcha Lovers Beware!
A lot of people love matcha but its important to remember matcha is also green tea. Since it is not fermented, it is cold in nature. If you have asthenic stomach and spleen, drinking too much green tea or eating too much matcha products may cause stomache and diarrhea. In addition, those who are anemic should not drink too much green tea as it affects iron absorption. Those with asthenic stomach and spleen should choose warm-natured teas such as red tea or pu-er.
