I always sleep poorly because my feet are cold so I give my feet a hot bath before bedtime. But they still feel cold after awhile, what can I do?

Ingredients: 15g of cinnamon twig, safflower, and Zanthoxylum, 10 slices of raw ginger with skin
Preparation: put all ingredients into a pot of hot water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Pour into bucket and add in suitable amount of cold water. Soak both feet for 15-20 minutes. Soak nightly before sleep for 3-5 days.
Effects: dispel cold to keep warm, improve blood circulation.
