1. 全部材料洗淨,紅菜頭去皮切塊,薯仔去皮切粒,椰菜切絲備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,除秋葵外,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,加入秋葵多煮20分鐘,加鹽調味即可。

Ingredients: 1 beetroot, 10 okras, 2 potatoes, half of a cabbage, 15g pine nuts, 20g sweet and bitter almonds, 3 figs
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel beetroot and potatoes, and cut into pieces. Cut cabbage into thin shreds.
2. Combine all ingredients except okras with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Then add okras and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
