– Lift less heavy objects. If you have to lift heavy objects, keep your posture proper. Lower your center of gravity by squatting down. Keep your body close to heavy objects, straighten your back, and lift heavy objects using your leg strength.
– Appropriately consume ingredients that nourish kidney, such as dusk rice water, black sesame, black beans, oyster, dried scallops, walnuts, cashews, etc.
– Massage the kidney points every day to active kidney qi

Location: bottom of feet, curl up your toes and it is located at the depressed point at the center of your feet
Method: use your thumb and massage in circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes every day.
