1. 全部材料洗淨;粉葛、蓮藕去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後加鹽調味即可。

It is warming up and humidity is increasing, and this type of spring weather can make people feel very tired. Urbanites are on their computer and phones often with poor postures which can easily lead to tight neck and lower back pain. Aside from stretching to relieve the tension, drinking kudzu and lotus root soup with rice bean and black soya bean can also relax tight tendons. Kudzu is cold in nature, can dispel heat, promote fluid production and relieve thirst, loosen tight tendons.

Ingredients: 1 kudzu, 1 lotus root, 40g rice beans, 40g black soya beans, 3 candied dates
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel kudzu and lotus root and cut into large pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
