EC分析:長期熬夜,工作壓力大,其實可能女朋友有些少合理的要求你也會感覺不耐煩,再加上飲食不節嗜食辣、重口味的食物,有如火上加油,引致火爆情緒,什麼都看不順眼。這種多因為肝膽濕熱的影響,會伴隨煩躁易怒、脅痛頭痛、目赤口苦,耳聾耳腫等症狀。

EC建議:瀉肝膽實火!
可以從避免進食辛辣、溫補、重口味食物開始,適量飲用涼茶,如雞骨草、菊花茶等等,清熱祛濕,也可進食屬性偏涼的食材如火龍果、冬瓜、綠豆、霸王花等,另外還要找適合自己的宣洩渠道。無名火沒有了,其他「麻煩」也會迎刃而解!

清熱紓壓茶
功效:清肝減壓,紓緩火爆情緒,有助安眠。
材料:野菊花、洋甘菊各1茶匙
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗5分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期連續飲用2-3天。

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon wild chrysanthemum, 1 teaspoon chamomile
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days a week.
