Frost’s Descent is the last solar term of Autumn. This solar term comes when dew condenses into frost and drops down. The temperature may drop sharply due to the attack of cold air. You should get used to keeping a coat with you to prevent getting cold due to the uncertain weather.
During frost’s descent, you can start nourishing your body in preparation for winter with the principle of nourishing yin and relieving dryness.
