Kitchen waste can be used to make a great soup
A lot of housewives may have this problem where you have a lot of leftover vegetables after a meal; you just have a little bit of everything, or some heads and ends of various pieces. Throwing them away feels like a waste, try to make a mixed vegetable soup with these left over- it can be tasty and not wasteful!
Mix Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: Different types of vegetables (such as cabbage, tomatoes, celery, corn, potatoes, carrots, onions, etc), 3-4 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 bay leaves, a bit of ketchup, 30g pearl barley, 40g cashews
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel and cut into pieces. To make it tastier, stir fry the cashews with some oil and set aside. Stir fry tomato paste and vegetables, then combine with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt and ketchup to taste.
Effects: stimulates appetite and strengthens the spleen. Relieves decrease in appetite and fatigue.
