材料:紅蘿蔔 2根、蘋果1個、新鮮淮山1根、五指毛桃 (乾品) 80 克、芡實 15 克、 無花果3枚、蜜棗2枚
1. 把所有材料洗淨。蘋果去芯、紅蘿蔔、新鮮淮山去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約 2500 毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
