星期五湯水-白菜菜乾螺頭湯
滋陰能補充體內津液,對抗秋天煩惱的乾燥,絕對是大人細路男女老幼,甚至是大肚媽媽們也要在這個轉季時分要做的事。所今天為大家介紹一個人人也可飲用的滋陰湯水,只要一煲全家也適合飲用,還不趁這個週末滋陰一下?
白菜菜乾螺頭湯
材料:白菜120克(約3兩)、白菜乾40克(約1兩)、南北杏20克、乾嚮螺頭約80克(約4 -5粒)、排骨300克(約半斤)、無花果3枚、薑2片
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用。乾嚮螺頭泡水半天,排骨汆水。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:風寒感冒或內寒咳嗽不宜飲用。
功效:滋陰潤燥,舒緩因長期夜睡而口乾眼乾、皮膚乾燥等症狀。
Friday Soup Series- Bak Choy Soup with Dried Cabbage and Dried Conch
Nourishing yin can replenish your fluids and it is especially important to do during the fall when it’s so dry. It is suitable for the whole family and even ladies who are expecting. This soup does exactly that- make a pot for the whole family and nourish your yin this weekend!
Bak Choy Soup with Dried Cabbage and Dried Conch
Ingredients: 120g bak choy (about 3 taels), 40g dried cabbage (about 1 tael), 20g sweet and bitter almonds, 80g dried conch (about 4 to 5 pieces), 300g pork spareribs (about half a catty), 3 figs, 2 slices of ginger
Preparation method:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak dried conch for several hours and blanch pork spareribs.
2. Combine ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those suffering from inner-cold cough or colds related to wind-cold.
Effects: Nourishes yin and relieves dryness. Alleviates symptoms of dry mouth, eyes and skin due to late nights.
