星期五湯水 -老黃瓜雪梨雪耳湯
不再躁底湯水
平日上班已經很易躁底,再加上秋天日漸乾燥,不論外在內在同樣很dry,試問這時候有甚麼比喝一碗潤燥湯水更好?不但暖笠笠又可滋養身心,減輕身體積貯的燥熱,亦可滋陰,可舒緩因為秋燥而引起的喉嚨乾涸、目赤及乾咳,不再燥底!
老黃瓜雪梨雪耳湯
材料:雪梨2個、老黃瓜1根、雪耳1塊、黃豆30克、杏仁15克、陳皮1角、無花果3枚
做法:所有材料洗淨,老黃瓜連皮切塊、雪梨連皮去芯切塊。雪耳用清水泡半日至軟身,把黑色底部剪掉備用。鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:清熱潤燥。舒緩口乾及咽喉乾燥、目赤、乾咳等症狀。

Its nourishing for your body, helps to reduce the dryness and heat in your body, nourishes yin and relieves fall related symptoms such as dry throat, redness in eyes and dry cough.
Old cucumber soup with pear and snow fungus
Ingredients: 2 pears, 1 old cucumber, 1 snow fungus, 30g soy beans, 15g almonds, 1 dried citrus peel, 3 figs
Preparation method: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut unpeeled old cucumber into pieces. Core unpeeled pear and cut into pieces. Soak snow fungus in water for half a day until soften, then cut off black bit from bottom. 2. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Clears heat and relieves dryness. Alleviates symptoms of dry mouth and throat, redness in eyes and dry cough.
