【星期五湯水 – 蕃茄薯仔薏米芡實湯】

許多疾病都是由體內濕氣太重引起,濕氣重除了容易令人頭重困倦丶食慾不振外,更會出現大便稀爛的情況,這些症狀往往反覆發作。即使長開抽濕機,也不可能抽走體內的濕氣。今晚就煲一個具祛濕,兼能養好脾胃的蕃茄薯仔薏米芡實湯水,甜甜酸酸好醒神。
蕃茄薯仔薏米芡實湯
材料:蕃茄3個、薯仔2個、芡實20克、生薏米30克、洋薏米30克、蜜棗3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,番茄切塊、薯仔去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾開胃,兼可舒緩容易反覆肚瀉、女士白帶量多、神疲乏力等症狀。注意孕婦不宜多飲。

Tomato and potato soup with coix seeds and fox nuts
Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 2 potatoes, 20g fox nuts, 30g coix seeds, 30g pearl barley, 3 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut tomatoes into pieces, peel and cut potatoes into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthen the spleen and stimulate appetite. Alleviate reoccurring diarrhea, increased vaginal discharge for ladies, and fatigue. Note this is not suitable for pregnant women.
