黨參蓮藕螺片湯
材料:黨參20克、蓮藕1根、螺片乾2-3片、蓮子肉20克、陳皮1角、桂圓肉10克
做法:把所有材料洗淨,蓮子肉去心留衣。蓮藕洗淨切件。鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:益氣健脾、寧心安神。舒緩病後體弱、怕冷、呼吸不暢順、手腳冰冷等症狀。

Preparation method: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, core lotus seed pulp with skin intact. Cut lotus root into pieces. Combine ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourishes qi and strengthens the spleen, calms the mind and heart. Relieves weakness after illness, symptoms such as aversion to cold, difficulty breathing, and cold limbs.
